  • Primarily follows GROW model.
  • Contracting and 360 degrees transparency among all parties  ( CEO, Dept Head, Line Manager, HR, coachee), confidentiality, coaching responsibilities of parties, termination rights within the ambit of contracting.
  • Coaching engagement involves use of psychological/behavioural questionnaires and other inventories, role plays/simulations, NLP tools, Harrison Assessment tools on an as required basis.
  • 6 to maximum 12 sessions of 1 .5 hours durations.
  • Eclectic approach.
